HR Change Partner Location: London 40:00 hours, FTC until Dec 2020 £40,000 - £50,000 p/a Your New Company One of the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company. Your new role In your new job as a HR Change Partner your main duties will be: Be an instrumental part of the project team for change programmes on the contract to ensure service is delivered best in class Supporting the project team and HRBP during change projects including working with the HRBP on the organisational design of the contract/business Supporting the business with any changes to the contract that impact our people Utilise change management strategies to implement change To ensure all projects are managed in line with the company policies and procedures in a timely and commercially focused way To provide training, coaching, guidance to Managers on Employee Relations and Change To maintain and promote relationships with the wider HR colleagues and teams Ensuring that all legal obligations are being met Liaising with any recognised Trade Unions What we are looking for The successful HR Change Partner will have: CIPD qualification or Employment Law qualification is desirable Experience of complex change management projects including redundancies, changes of terms and conditions and dismissals, ideally gained within a commercial environment Project / Change Management experience Ability to challenge and influence key decision makers with a professional, yet assertive and confident approach Demonstrable experience of TUPE transferring employees Ability to identify key risks and provide commercially sound resolutions Excellent Employment Legislation knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, SharePoint What you'll get in return Working with a market leader, you have the chance to enhance your existing skills, while developing new expertise and personally contributing to the company's growth and success.
