Trainee Clinical Care Assessor Do you have a background in Nursing and Clinical Care and looking for a career change? We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is looking to pursue a career in training and assessing. Recruiting exclusively on behalf of a private training provider, this is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company and be a part of continued growth within the apprenticeship industry. Your TAQA assessor qualification will be fully funded by the employer, and you will have a network of support around you whilst you gain experience and transition into in this new role and sector. Once up to speed, you will be home based, with your learner caseload around the Maidstone and Tonbridge and surrounding areas in Kent. You will responsible for delivering Clinical Healthcare Support apprenticeships at levels 2 and 3 (including Functional Skills) to learners in a Hospital environment. Benefits include: Trainee Clinical Care Assessor Up to £30k annual salary Gain your TAQA qualification Company Pension Travel Expenses Mobile Phone & Laptop Continuous Professional Development Trainee Clinical Care Assessor - Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and visit a caseload of learners monthly in line with the company standards Deliver Functional Skills training and support to each learner as required Motivate and drive learners to achieve their work-based qualifications within agreed timescales Support the learning process through flexible learning units and facilitating workplace on the job training as required, including classroom-based delivery Plan the assessment process with learners and employers; observe, record assessment, feedback and complete all documentation Throughout learner qualification provide information, advice and guidance Maintain paperwork to the required standard; accurately and within a timely fashion The successful candidate will have the following skills: Time served Registered Nurse and experience in Clinical Care settings A passion for people development Motivated to want to pass on knowledge and skills to the next generation
