Overview
Our client, a well-established and hugely-successful Wealth Management firm are seeking a Trainee Financial Adviser to join their team on a permanent basis. Due to continued growth, our client are now looking to train a driven and motivated candidate who is looking to progress their career within the industry in order to become a fully-qualified Financial Adviser. The ideal candidate will be a switched-on, driven and astute individual with an interest in the financial markets. You will be given the opportunity to join a thriving business and experienced team, working in a competitive yet consultative environment, where you will be thoroughly trained and funded through all of the qualifications required in order to become a fully-qualified Financial Adviser. Key Responsibilities: - Contacting potential clients in order to book introductory meetings to understand their financial situation, along with the advice and services they require - Maximise your own network and connections to gain clients - Research and understand different methods of expanding your own client-base and professional network - Completing all relevant administrative tasks - Working closely with Senior Advisers to assist in arranging and organising client meetings Key Competencies: - You must be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with clients of all ages - Switched on and commercially-aware, with a keen eye for detail and attention within an ever-changing market - Working with accuracy and attention to detail at all times - Ability to multi-task, prioritising where necessary - Confident when speaking on the phone - Driven and motivated, with a passion for the industry and drive to succeed This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a firm of Financial Advisers with an exceptional reputation within the market.
