Overview

Our client is a successful and reputable travel company based in West London and they are seeking a Travel Consultant to join their busy team. The Job: ?We are looking for experienced full time passionate sellers with good knowledge of ski and Canada and the hunger to achieve challenging sales targets. ?Based at our offices in London, the successful candidate will have a flair for selling and inspiring a dream in their customers. ?They must be willing to work hard, be a proven team player and very self-motivated with the experience of delivering their targets in a challenging travel industry. ?They will be experienced in handling customer queries and complaints whilst still able to stay motivated to sell. ?You need to be organised and able to manage your own diary day to day to ensure your customers get to speak to you. ?Able to learn quick and take feedback on board to be part of our brand and vision Experience/Skills Required: ?Strong selling skills ?Good knowledge of Canada, and ski resorts in Canada would be advantageous ?High achiever ?Strong customer service ?Strong influencing skills with the ability to persuade the customer to buy ?Pro-active and able to manage own workload effectively ?Able to communicate confidently and enthusiastically (both verbally and in writing) ?Attention to detail ?Strong numeracy ?Strong IT/Systems skills and experience, an experience of travel and GDS booking systems an advantage, especially AtCom and Galileo ?Able to multitask ?Passionate about Canada ?Experience in the contact centre environment desirable The Package: My client is offering a competitive salary package from £20,000 plus commission (44KOTE) Interested?
