Overview

Software Developers with Java skills required to join successful global technology company who are looking to boost their team with Developers at all career levels. You'll be joining this powerhouse organisation at an interesting time; there's a lot of investment going into the technical team and they're hiring for multiple Software Engineers to join them. You'll join a team of circa 20 who work out of their modern offices in Edinburgh's West End (great train/tram/bus links). In terms of technology, you don't need to be an expert in everything, but you should have experience with some of the following: Java/Java EE/J2EE and JavaScript. Angular/front end framework experience would be beneficial. Eclipse, NetBeans, Maven experience. Exposure to C#/.NET would be advantageous. Good communication and a team player. Agile/Scrum experience. There's a good deal of flexibility around working times and they are offering competitive salaries (up to circa £55,000 - more if you feel you could suit a Lead Engineer/Team Lead role or progress into a Lead role) and there are good benefits on top; strong pension, annual salary reviews, Life Assurance, Private Healthcare through BUPA, cycle to work, season ticket loan.
