Graduate Software Support Engineer Hello STEM Graduates A fantastic opportunity for a talented graduate to work as a Graduate Software Support Engineer, for an industry-leading software company in Cambridge offering the chance to work on their latest product offering which is currently in BETA. This role will be involved in a variety of technical support areas from software implementations, solving technical issues and helping customers maximise their use from the platform. This role is ideal for anyone who wants a technical, client facing role that goes beyond programming. Location: Cambridge Salary: £27k - £32k excellent benefits Requirements for Graduate Software Support Engineer · You must hold a 2:1 or 1st class degree in a technical or scientific subject from a highly regarded University Proven ability to work with data and analytical tools Ability to remain calm under pressure Ability to quickly pick up new technologies Enthusiastic, have excellent problem-solving abilities and be keen to learn.
