Overview
Service Engineer - Birmingham & Midlands - Permanent - Circa £35-40k plus benefits AndersElite are currently recruiting for a Service Engineer based in the Birmingham or wider Midlands area on behalf of an established commercial air conditioning contractor. Candidates must have strong servicing experience in the air conditioning and electrical sector. This is a permanent position, which offers a salary of £35,000- £40,000 depending on experience, in addition to a company van, smartphone and laptop. The main duties of the role will be servicing HVAC/ Air Conditioning equipment at retail sites across the area, cleaning filters, finding and assessing faults, carrying out ongoing maintenance and repairs of existing units. Key requirements: Must be F-Gas qualified Strong Electrical knowledge Previous experience in a field service engineering role. (Preferably in installation) Experience and good knowledge of air conditioning, HVAC systems and equipment. Flexible approach with the ability to work well alone or as part of a team. Good communication skills. Computer literate Full UK Driving Licence Due to the nature of the role, occasional overnight travel and out of hours working will be required (overtime available and expenses paid).
