As a Business Ops Manager Geeks, you are expected to demonstrate the ability to design solutions to client’s requirements for complex projects in any industry. In this solution design process you will gather requirements through the application of business analysis techniques, the use of internal tools and utilising an intermediate knowledge of software development. Additional responsibilities include: Supporting the COO with effective management and monitoring of all business operational efficiencies, communications & process improvements Company culture ambassador Talent management & acquisition Supporting the COO with compliance management and monitoring Managing the effective implementation of business operational strategies to ensure the company’s growth Reporting on key operational and financial KPIs Supporting the COO with analyses of internal processes and systems, recommends and implements procedural and policy changes. To be successful for this role you must have: Over 1 year of experience in Business Operations Management Masters degree in management or equivalent Strong analytical and logical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Have a positive approach; always looking for solutions Highly driven with exceptional attention to detail Passionate about automating processes and implementing / monitoring positive change Strong problem discovery and solving skills Excellent organisation and time management while being proactive with reporting Experience with compliance management and ISO 27001 implementations Experience with conducting appraisals and talent management / talent acquisition If you are shortlisted, the Talent Manager will contact you to arrange a suitable time and date for your interview.
