Overview
Groomfield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive within the South East for our client located in the Midlands. The position is Home Based with a fantastic package. The role itself will be to bring on new business and manage existing, valued accounts. Our Client is looking for somebody who is: Motivated Has the mind-set to exceed expectations Hungry for success Dedicated to going above and beyond expectations Fantastic negotiation skills Ideally available immediately The client has an established and enviable reputation within its skilled sector. They formulate, manufacture and supply their product within the UK and have excellent presence Worldwide. They specialise in Powder Coating. The duties of this position include: Actively seeking new business Managing and maintaining a very extensive and existing client database Quote prices and other services that the business offers Attend trade shows and various conferences The package on offer £30,000 basic Up to £45,000 OTE Company Car including Fuel Card and Personal Mileage Expenses paid 21 days holiday Bank Holidays The successful candidate will be required to have a weeks stay (expenses paid) in the Midlands to undergo training and product knowledge.
