Job title : Customer Care Specialist / Administrator Benefits : 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays increasing with length of service to 24 days, pension, training, incentives, additional bonuses, team holidays, social events. Salary : Up to £21,150 Location : Hove Duration : Permanent Hours : Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5:30pm / Friday, 8.30am - 4.15pm Are you a quick learner looking for a lively career in customer service? As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be joining a friendly team of 10 supporting and accurately communicating with clients, suppliers and the Account Managers, over telephone and email in a busy but rewarding environment. You will be friendly, responsible and ready for the challenges you're faced with and happy to work in a team of likeminded, sociable people. Our business communications client is highly customer orientated and you will be part of delivering great service. Previous Customer Service experience is highly desirable- this could have been gained in a contact centre, in hospitality or in retail.
