Overview
Based in Hove, this established Motor Insurance provider requires a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and friendly team. You will be responsible for answering inbound telephone calls regarding motor insurance claims and providing an excellent level of customer service at all times. Role Outline: Answering inbound calls from policy holders regarding their motor insurance claim Taking initial details and updating the system accordingly Validating policies/checking indemnity Instructing various suppliers to assist in dealing with claims Answer the telephone within agreed service standards Pass call to a senior member of staff if it becomes a complaint Log calls on memo screen with sufficient information for others to follow Deal with post items as required Ensure any actions/promises are followed through Ensure the caller has the correct details for further contact should it be necessary Ideal applicants will have excellent customer service experience within a call centre or customer service / retail role and will be able to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and good organisational skills. College leavers will also be considered.
