Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager London £55,000 - £65,000 Small marketing agency with a specialist in CRO seeks strong manager happy to stay hands on and own the CRO programme for a large bank WHAT THEY DO A rapidly growing agency in the digital, CRO, UX research & design. They are helping some of the biggest names across finance, technolog, travel & retail to optimise their customer journeys, to the max WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Leading the CRO project for a major client, this role requires someone happy & comfortable owning the CRO process. You will be both hands on & strategic, with support from the strategic director. Your day to day will involve managing the client, scoping out their project, advising on how things are going to go. You will then deep dive analyse customer journey data in Adobe Analytics, run A/B tests using Adobe Target and help the client to understand the results & make relevant changes. You will lead from KPI through the entire optimisation cycle, research, briefs, test implementation & analysis.
