Success Recruit are currently working with a professional and creative organisation based in Central London who are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to support the Director based in their Head Office. This is a newly created role where the Director will need strong guidance to allow maximum use of his time. Therefore, the successful candidate will need to be extremely proactive and direct in their approach. The successful Personal Assistant will be expected to: Have excellent customer service skills both face to face and over the phone Be proficient using Microsoft Office packages Have the ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure Demonstrate the willingness to be hands-on in all areas of the business The successful Personal Assistant will be rewarded with: Joining a successful and entrepreneurial company with big expansion plans Be a part of a team of like-minded and professional individuals in a dynamic environment Job Description The Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Director on a day to day basis with all administrative and other project tasks. Whilst being the go-to person to all departments to ensure the effective operation of the office. Duties to include but not limited to: Managing all of the Director’s outlook diary on a daily basis Arranging and booking meetings and responding to emails where appropriate Allowing adequate timing between meetings Arranging business and personal travel arrangements including hotel, transport and flight bookings Producing detailed itineraries for work trips and conferences Arranging public speaking events for Managing Director and Co-Founder Produce presentations, documents, spreadsheets and reports as requested Attending meetings and producing minutes Acting as first point of contact for the Director Ensuring all meeting rooms and general office space is tidy and presentable at all times Manage the supplies and stationery of the office as well as order items for internal and external staff events Responsible for incoming and outgoing deliveries and couriers Work closely with Head of Talent on the planning of staff events and socials Support the Head of Talent with adhoc administration tasks This opportunity would suit a proactive, confident and positive individual who is eager to develop in their career with the desire to join a creative and ambitious company where no two days will be the same.
