THE COMPANY This household name in the retail space is looking for a passionate Lead Customer Analyst to join their recently revamped Customer Insight team. Data is at the heart of everything this company does, and you will have the opportunity to get involved with some of the most diverse datasets in the industry and drive value through your analysis. THE ROLE As a Lead Customer Analyst, you will work alongside a team of highly talented analysts and work on a range of projects for instore and online growth. You will be: Building models and delivering insight using SQL and Python to best answer key business requirements A go-to for analytical problems and being able to propose the best solution for different areas of the business Able to translate data and speak to non-technical people about your decisions and recommendations.
