Software Developer - Candidates at all levels required (Graduates upwards). Your new company Software Developer to work primarily on .NET applications job open in Belfast Are you a Developer hoping to kick start their career or a Software Developer that wants to move to a job with exposure to more software technologies then get in touch You will be joining Ireland's leading energy provider with over 1 million customers. Our client is looking for someone driven and who loves to code. You will be required to work with internal clients to analyse existing codebases and systems as well as providing business as usual in a timely fashion working towards a quality standard and deadlines. You must be forward thinking and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Your new role As a software developer you will have to develop, implement and support software applications to respond to changing business needs. This team is responsible for 75 applications. In this role you will also have to create technical documentation and solutions for small to medium scale applications, liaise with internal project technical team and provide technical guidance for the team. The client is looking for a candidate with can work across teams with clear communication and develops creativity in problem solving. What you'll need to succeed For this position you'll need: Experience/good knowledge of using 2 or more of the following (commercial or academic) .NET/ JAVA / MS SQL Server / Visual Basic / Python / Matlab / Powershell / Bash Experience in developing front end web applications using various technologies An understanding of the full software lifecycle and appreciation of different development methodologies Strong analytical problem-solving abilities Experience using entity framework Ability to adapt and work to deadlines What you'll get in return Flexible working options available.
