Divisional Conduct Officer Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 Location: Preston My client is a National Insurance Broker who have achieved very impressive success through both organic growth and strategically acquiring Insurance Business to complement their offering to both business and individuals throughout the UK. They now have an opportunity for a Divisional Conduct Officer to join their business to ensure the Company adhered to Group Risk and Regulatory Policies and Procedures. Responsibilities: As the Divisional Conduct Officer, you will ensure all businesses within S&A will adhere to Group Risk and Regulatory Policies and Procedures through the design and oversight of operational controls and processes. Ensure the establishment and maintenance of effective systems and controls in relation to legal / regulatory requirements and risk, specifically around Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), Training and Competency and Product Files as per Group Policies and Procedures Understand the impact changes in regulation will have on the business as per 2LoD guidance and advise and coordinate the business regulated entities on changes that need to be implemented Skills: Understanding of the insurance placement process FCA handbook knowledge Well-developed report writing, verbal and written communication and presentation skills What next?
