As the key business partner for the area, to develop and implement a people-strategy which supports the business growth establishing a high-performance culture and embedding a safe, fulfilling and enjoyable working environment for the employees. This role encompasses determining and implementing the appropriate approach to attract, develop and retain talents as well as performance management, employee relations and personnel management. It also encompasses participating in the culture change, transformation and HR Compliance. The responsibilities of this role are included in 3 areas : Implement the appropriate People Strategy into the area consistently with the business strategy: Build HR approach based on the business needs, working together with business leaders to ensure alignment with the long and short-term vision. Partner with line managers to enhance performance, support their development and enable them to be better leaders for their organizations. Leverage key HR processes communication (Development, Performance, Recruitment…) in order to reach the target and being compliant with the Global HR Approach Ensure implementation of the people-related processes and practices that support right person, right time, right place and right cost. Guaranty the implementation of a high-performance culture and embedding a safe, fulfilling and enjoyable working environment for the country’s employees: Align recruitment and development processes and train key stakeholders to the approach and the tools. Lead disciplinary process supporting line managers Ensure a constructive relationship with Unions / works council with the support of the Labor Relations department. Implement action plans in order to ensure the wellbeing and the engagement of people into the division. Participate in the implementation of the "HR Development" strategy with the support of the dedicated team being a real owner of the initiatives for the scope Be responsible of the full compliance of HR data and regulations within the scope: Run the processes and systems to ensure compliance with people-related regulatory requirements (e.g. Work Council, Health & Safety committee, Data Protection…) Ensure data accuracy send to payroll department Provide information to the Labor Relations department in case of litigation Lead projects when necessary that impact the own scope or larger. Requirments: Experienced HR Generalist (minimum of 5 years in HR roles) with a generalist HR background and strong experience in dealing with Unions. Ideally within a B to B services business (Facility Management, mass catering, logistics, interim, security.) Knowledgeable and up to date on local employment laws. Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence Track record of achieving results in challenging assignments Ability to influence multiple levels of the organization Outstanding communication (both written and verbal) and ability to communicate with all levels of the company including Senior Management Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and problem solve Must have a strong sense of ownership, responsibility and initiative COMPETENCIES Focus on Customer o Working proactively with customers (internal or external) to ensure the proper delivery of her/his role’s expectations.
