Overview
Red Flag Recruitment are seeking a Darija speaker to work on a permanent full-time basis in central Brighton. This is an office-based position working business hours Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays. Due to his successful growth, our Brighton based client is looking for a Darija speaker to work within a talented inbound customer service team. Your role as a Darija speaker will be to engage with client and sell the company services to potential customers. Training will be provided but there are a few things we would like you to have when you join us: Inbound/outbound telephone experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills who can uncover ideas/methods to increase customers data base. Possess excellent world class service in handling and resolving customer inquiries and issues. Using CRM’s and spreadsheets is a bonus. Be an excellent communicator.
