Customer Service Advisor £10 per hour Full time and permanent opportunity We are currently recruiting for a well known high street brand, you will be joining their brand new modern offices in central Manchester providing exceptional customer service. This is a full time and permanent role working for a rewarding business with a wealth of benefits and incentives. Providing exceptional customer service across a range of queries Provide one touch resolution for customers by resolving queries/complaints in a professional and friendly manner Proactively offer information to add the greatest value possible to the guest experience Maintain awareness of new promotions and guest offers and communicate these effectively. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly departmental KPI's set by Management What are we looking for? Previous experience within customer service roles - eg: hotel/retail/call centre Friendly and professional phone manner, with strong written skills to match IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Ability to work in a fast paced environment Are you a people person? Are you able to solve problems? Rate of pay - £10 per hour Hours of work - Full time hours, 35 hours per week Successful candidates will need to have flexibility with their hours We are looking to recruit ASAP for these positions for start dates in April 2020.
