Are you looking for your first office based role? Do you have outstanding Customer Service skills? Then we have an exciting opportunity that's perfect for you We're recruiting on behalf of our busy client for additional team members to join their very successful organisation. You'll be joining as part of their vibrant Customer Services Team and act as a first point of contact for any incoming phone and email enquiries. You'll need to have outstanding customer service skills, great communication skills and have excellent attention to detail. You will need the ability to remain calm when under pressure, as this is a busy role with high incoming call volumes. Full training will be given. This is the perfect role is you are looking for your first office based role. There is also an opportunity for this role to go permanent paying circa £19,000 per annum plus excellent benefits package.
