Customer Services Advisor, Dorking, £21,000 - £23,000. Your new company Your new company is a large company with a site in Dorking. Your new role Your new role is a customer services advisor where you will be handling inbound and outbound calls relating to the services provided. Outbound calls include promoting sales opportunities to existing customers and liaising with external and internal stakeholders to resolve issues for customers. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful you will need previous Customer Services experience within a contact centre environment. You must possess good listening and communication skills to interact with stakeholders. You must also have good IT skills with the Microsoft Office Programs including Excel and Outlook.
