Overview

Interim Part time Accounts Payable role in Dundee to start asap. Your new company Hays Accountancy & Finance are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Dundee for a part time Purchase Ledger Administrator working 21 hours a week. The client is completely flexible on when these hours are worked to suit the successful applicant. Your new role You will be responsible for processing invoices in a timely manner to ensure payment is made along with general administration in the office. You will Process and prepare all purchase invoices and liaise with suppliers on any queries with regards to payments. You will reconcile supplier statements, ensure all invoices are processed and stored correctly and complete any other financial and administrative duties as required to support the busy team. What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced Finance candidate who has experience within Purchase Ledger and resolving supplier issues. You will possess excellent communication skills with a strong telephone manner. You will be a proactive team player and experienced working accurately in a fast paced high volume environment. You will have good IT Skills in particular with Microsoft Office package (word, excel & emails).
