Overview
Up to £25,000 (FTE) plus benefits Part -time IFA Administrator required by a highly successful wealth planning practice in Dundee. Due to continued growth they require an experienced administrator to assist with new business and servicing requests of the companies high net worth clients. You will work across the full range of financial services including Pensions, Investments and Protection. Responsibilities include managing the letters of authority process, valuations, chasing providers for outstanding documentation, processing new business, liaising with clients, preparation for client meetings, compliance, data base management and general administration duties. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 1 years’ experience working within an IFA environment Knowledge of Investments, Pensions and Protection products Excellent communication skills both written and verbal To find out more contact Paula Thornbury
