Overview

A national membership organisation based in the City of London is currently looking for an HR Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term basis. The organisation is currently experiencing a period of change. This is to join a very busy HR department, where you'll be reporting into the HR Operations Manager. You will be the first point of contact for a client base of 350 people, providing timely HR information and advice. The Detail The role will proactively take ownership for all administration process and your main accountabilities will include: All Recruitment related administrative tasks: drafting advertisements, organising and conducting interviews Managing the onboarding process, conducting induction process Administration of new starters, leavers, transfers and contractual changes HR reporting using HRIS Managing administrative process of company benefit schemes, acting as key contact for third-party providers Payroll administration Managing HR and Recruitment inboxes Skills and Experience As the ideal candidate you will have/be: Solid HR administrative experience of at least 2 years in a busy HR team HR qualifications Be immediately available Have experience with numerical reporting, including payroll calculations (SSP, SMP, annual leave) Basic knowledge of employee relations and relevant UK employment laws What's on offer?
