Overview
Position: In-house Legal Representative Salary: £35,000 Benefits Location: Liverpool Future - find are currently working with Financial Services company to recruit an in-house legal representative. We are looking for a candidate with a good background of managing the internal legal responsibilities of an FCA registered finance business. The role will be heavily involved in dispute resolutions and managing the contingencies of defaulting agreements. We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience of working as either a paralegal, solicitor or legal executive. Ideally they will be familiar with working within consumer credit and personal finance businesses. This is an office based position, so the candidate must be located in a commutable distance from the Liverpool region. Key Responsibilities: Letter Drafting Issuing court proceedings Court Attendance Liaising with debtors Dealing with complaints, drafting letters etc. Adhering to FCA regulations This is a great opportunity within a growing company with strong backing from a Private Equity group.
