Overview
We are currently working with a highly successful house builder who is looking for experienced Site Managers to be based on sites in the central belt (Edinburgh, East Lothian, Mid Lothian, West Lothian and Fife), on a permanent basis. Typical sites consist of a mixture of 3, 4 & 5 bed homes. Previous experience working within the new build residential sector is preferred along with a passion for delivering a quality product. Responsibilities: Set up of new sites Comply with all health and safety regulations including conducting site inductions. Manage the daily running of site. Reporting to Contracts Manager / Directors. Managing teams including sub-contractors and temporary workers. Attending regular progress meetings and compile reports/updates. Procurement of materials.
