Overview
Fantastic Builder requires site manager to lead a £6million project in Edinburgh Start Immediately. Your new company Our client are a medium size contractor based in Edinburgh who have picked up a range of projects recently. With that in mind they are seeking to add an experienced site manager to their team. Your new role As Site Manager you will be responsible for managing a £6million commercial project in Edinburgh city centre. This is a complex demanding but exciting project and will allow you to fully deploy your construction knowledge on an interesting project. There is both a refurbishment and new construction component to this project so experience in these sectors would be highly desirable along with excellent knowledge of large project site safety expectations and an ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of capable subcontractors. What you'll need to succeed Our client are seeking an experienced site manager who can add value to their project immediately. From a joinery background and with expertise on large construction projects you are a strong leader and have demonstrated knowledge in the delivery of complex projects. Excellent construction knowledge and strong communication skills are a must.
