I CS Digital Therapies is a pioneering new service improving the accessibility, affordability and effectiveness of psychological therapies within IAPT. We provide a broad range of digitally-enabled brief therapies at both Step 2 and Step 3. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and empathetic individual to fulfill the role of Patient Referral Co-ordinator at our London based office. Within this role you will be working as part of ICS Digital Therapies and perform administrative tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the service. You will be motivated by delivering an excellent patient experience and will complete tasks with a high level of accuracy. You will demonstrate high levels of professionalism, sensitivity and empathy towards patients over the phone and via email at all times. This is a great opportunity to join an already highly successful project at an exciting and early stage in its development. Responsibilities: Process Referrals with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Respond to patient queries in a timely manner Liaise with hospitals/GP Surgeries/ health care professionals for onward referrals Print, post or email various service letters to patients, GP’s and services Communication with all key stakeholders including clients, patients and team members Generate and convert referrals from the exiting therapist network About you: High level of accuracy and attention to detail Goal driven and self-motivated Excellent communication skills with both written and spoken English Personal Resilience and ability to deal with emotionally distressed patients Ability to Multi-task Strong Team Player What we can offer you In exchange for your hard work we can offer you excellent benefits which include 25 days annual leave bank holidays which increase with years of service, company pension scheme where we match your contribution up to 5% plus many more excellent benefits.
