Overview
Linx 16 Supported Accommodation - Hatfield We support young people in preparation for adulthood. Over the years, we have developed a program of support, which enables young people to develop essential skills enabling them to achieve independence. Our Service Leads work closely with social care teams, mental health practitioners and YOI teams to ensure a clear support plan with set objectives. Outcomes our monitored and progress tracked, packages are reviewed in line with the young person’s progress.
