Overview
Service Manager - Relationship, Telecoms Spring Technology are currently working in partnership with a leading Telecommunications company to recruit a Service Manager specifically focusing on service relationships Hatfield based with some travel Purpose Of Role The role holder has responsibility for ensuring the companies service delivery meets and exceeds the service commitments agreed for a defined number of customers Key Responsibilities Own the service customer relationship and be responsible for building a mutually beneficial customer relationship Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact Engage functionally diverse teams to deliver the service elements contracted to Identify new opportunities and work with pre-sales teams where appropriate Skills/Experience: Strong service management background predominantly customer facing Exceptional customer relationship management skills Excellent knowledge of a telecoms environment and products Strong leadership and project management skills Knowledge of PBX, SIP, VOIP are advantageous Interested Apply now for my immediate consideration
