Commercial Property Solicitor REF: AP237 Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Location: Brighton Job Type: Full Time Job Section: Private Practice Experience: PQE 2 Contact: Adam PArkin Multi specialist Law Firm in Brighton seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor. Successful candidates must have 2 years’ PQE and competent handling all commercial property duties such as, negotiating property transactions,structuring arrangements for conveyancing or investments, preparing documentation, such as contracts to finalise transactions and collecting relevant property information from surveyors and confirming that the seller does indeed have the rights to sell the property.
