Overview
You are an experienced manager of care services in either social or health care. You are have passion, drive and empathy for dementia care. This ‘Outstanding’ rated dementia care community in Harrogate, Yorkshire, offers exemplary care and support to 124 residents ranging in age from 40 to 90 years in 8 houses with full support services. This post of Dementia Care Leader is accountable for the delivery and development of quality care. Of course it encompasses the responsibilities of Registered Manager with the CQC but extensive resources are provided including facilities management, marketing, administration, rota management, HR and training and specialist family support.
