Position -Senior Support Worker Salary - £17,383 Location - Burnham-on-Sea We are looking for Senior Support Workers £9.03 per hour who have worked in a residential setting with adults with Learning Disabilities Hours are 37 per week consisting of early shifts, late shifts, long days and every other weekend Location - North Somerset This company is a nationwide Autism leader and is passionate about offering the very best of care to all its residents. 10 years ago they lead a campaign to get the Government to recognise and support autistic people through an Autism Act in England, leading to an autism strategy. 2019 sees at time to reflect on whats worked and what hasn't and to work with Government to make any improvements necessary. To qualify for the senior role you will have carried out supervisory tasks including staff training and managing rotas you would qualify for the senior role.
