Overview
A well-established National organisation are seeking Senior Support Workers to work in their Residential Home in Burnham-on-Sea. You will be working in a Residential Service supporting adults with Autism. This role is an exciting and rare opportunity and will be great for an experienced Senior Support Worker or also, an aspiring Senior Support Worker. You will be supporting each individual to live independently and achieve their goals. Day-to-Day duties include; - Lead and support the team - Oversee the home in the absence or management - Be on hands with care and support plans -Help out with staff cover and rotas - Assist with budgeting & finance Candidate Requirements; -NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care -Senior Support Worker Experience Salary; £9.03 p/h This is a Full Time position for 40 hours a week, Benefits Include; -Excellent training and development programme -Career progression opportunities -Enhanced overtime.
