Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join the sales and lettings team in one of the most successful independent estate agencies in Burnham-on-Sea, as a Sales Negotiator. The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years estate agency experience in either sales or lettings. On a daily basis we will need you to: Carry out viewings, negotiate offers and stay on top of the full sales or letting process Generate new business and follow up on new enquires Arrange and conduct market appraisals Arrange and conduct viewings Build and maintain good relationships with all vendors, purchasers and Landlords Essential Skills: Experience in an estate agency environment Knowledge of the property sales or lettings process Professional, well presented and enthusiastic approach Self-motivation and a positive attitude Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Working Hours: Full time Monday to Friday, and 1 in 3 Saturdays.
