Extensive Diary management Act as first point of contact for MD's busy diary, across time zones Ability to use initiative, anticipate and resolve any conflicts Confident assisting with planning and logistics on their behalf Travel arrangement- international across time zones Preparation of documents for meetings and trips, liaising, and coordinating with others as necessary.
