Overview
Group Finance Controller Up to £130,000 per annum bonus London Our client is a leading PE-backed software business, who have revenues in excess of £400m. They are currently operating across America, Europe and Asia - and servicing more than twenty thousand customers worldwide. They have recently gone through a secondary buy out and are now looking for a senior finance professional to join them in a Group Finance Controller position, which has the scope to develop into a CFO/FD position in the next 2-3 years. Responsibilities: Ensuring all financial reporting on group consolidation system is timely, accurate, robust and controlled Taking responsibility for the balance sheet; setting and reporting against targets; developing reporting; budgeting and forecasting Stringent working capital management Full ownership of the group statutory accounts Driving improved profitability, cash generation and growth Contributing to the strategic developments and expansion of the group Integrating acquisitions rapidly and maintaining controls during periods of growth Liaising with external auditors, bankers and regulators Developing the group wide accounting policies and procedures About You: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Minimum of 4 years in a similar group reporting role Experience within a PE backed business is highly beneficial Experience within a technology/software business is advantageous
