Position - Skype for Business/Microsoft Teams Engineer Location - Central London Salary - £60,000-£90,000 15% Bonus Benefits We are partnering exclusively with one of the world's largest and most established publishing and educational bodies with over 30,000 employees across 170 countries. They are looking for a Skype for Business/Microsoft Teams Engineer to manage the successful roll out and integration of all elements of Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business Online across the organisation and its several thousand users. The role will partner closely with BRM's and department heads to understand the needs of the business and ensure the successful delivery of the platform. You will be heavily involved in design, implementation and major projects, as a vital part of the UC team. The successful candidate must have the following: Extensive Teams and Skype for Business Online design/implementation/migration experience. A solid understand of the technical elements of O365 or UCC. A solid understanding of voice technologies including TDM, SIP, QoS, SBC, Codecs, Voice Recording (Verint preferred) and general IPT. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A background in Avaya, Polycom, Cisco etc. would be beneficial but not essential.
