Overview
Two fantastic opportunities have arisen to join our Digital Marketing Performance team. You will be responsible for turning our valuable data into actionable insights driving customer communication and commercial growth. About the role Maximising our customer lifetime value through data insight, from each of our online aggregators Supporting and optimising conversion rates, identifying key opportunities through our new business journeys Developing our customer experience and driving the profitable mix obtained through our aggregators Understanding our customers behavioural dynamics, through customer segments About you The successful candidate will be highly numerate and passionate about data analytics, with good communication skills to be able to influence others. Having previous Analytics experience with an emphasis on digital performance would be would be an advantage. Proven Google Analytics and SQL experience Customer path-to-purchase journey analysis Customer segmentation Tactical analysis and A-B / MVT testing Demand forecasting Turning analysis into a business case Helping to ensure we remain compliant Experience of using GTM to tag websites would be an advantage. Natural problem solver who communicates effectively to all stakeholders.
