Medical Writer- agency with fantastic culture - Cambridge A great opportunity has arisen for a Medical Writer to join a leading, global medical communications agency based in Cambridge. This global agency work on an ever-growing range of deliverables across many exciting therapy areas. It's a fantastic time to be joining them as they are enjoying a period of new business wins and growth As a Medical Writer you will deliver high-quality communication materials to clients across an exciting range of projects/therapy areas. Key responsibilities -Take brief directly from client, agreeing content and timelines and also advising on approach and contributing to developing proposals. -Collaborate with colleagues and liaise with external stakeholders -Produce, deliver and make required amendments to materials with relevant messaging, style and language, and using house style. -Adapt writing style for different deliverables and audiences as appropriate. -Generate briefings for design. -Carry out and evaluate literature research. -Agree with internal and external stakeholders, suitable deadlines, the approach to project delivery and then seek senior review. -Assist with training Associate Medical Writers -Contribute to new business activities Experience required: -Life sciences degree, PhD advantageous -Previous medical writing experience within an agency environment -A good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and a range of therapy areas This is a fantastic opportunity as the agency will offer plenty of on-the-job training and support to develop your career.
