The company are well established and with continued success are looking to add to their team in central Manchester. This role is ideal for a competitive, money-driven individual looking for that next step in their career What's on offer? Basic salary £20k uncapped commission First year earnings £25k-30k A visible presence within a small team A modern, edgy office setting Smart casual dress code Team social events All expenses paid holidays The role? You will be looking to source new candidates to meet your candidate's needs and requirements, you will put them through a screening process in order to find the best candidates for the job before they are put to the client. The other side to the role will be to work on business development; finding clients to do business with, negotiating terms and fees and ultimately working alongside them to provide a professional service. This role has a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission on top on top of that, there is also scope to progress in as little as 6 months. Ideal candidate?
