Overview
All round Accounts Clerk positon Must have Sage200 experience Client Details Page Finance are delighted to be exclusively supporting a Telford based food manufacturing business who are experiencing rapid growth. Description Weekly Reconciliation of Sterling and Euro Bank Accounts. Purchase Ledger, dealing with supplier queries, processing supplier invoices for payment, reconciling supplier statements and requesting copy invoices as required Running the nominal ledger Sales Ledger, raising sales invoices, dealing with invoices queries, raising credit notes and chasing unpaid invoices to including distribution of statements Month end preparation up to trial balance on both sales and purchase accounts Quarter's end preparation as above for up to trial balance for VAT return which is conducted out of house by our auditors with a view to it being processed internally Profile Proven experience in a similar all round accounts role Confident in a stand alone position Manufacturing industry experience Confident using Excel and Sage200 Excited to be part of a high growth organisation Available within 2 weeks notice Job Offer This role offers a competitive salary, on site parking and the chance to be solely responsible for the accounts.
