Overview

Would you like to join our fast growing team based in Hortonwood - we are a small but motivated team looking to expand and have an opening for a new member to join us in the roll of :- Data Processor / Accounts Clerk - Permanent position Experience needed in the following Excel - Pivot Tables and Slicers - processing approximately 3000 to 4000 transactions on a weekly basis, and up to 15,000 transactions on a monthly basis, splitting and creating into separate excel reports QuickBooks - Sales and Purchase Ledgers, Journals and Bank Reconciliations Receipt Bank - processing Supplier Invoices and Expense Claims Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet daily / weekly deadlines Successful candidate should have a high standard of work ethic, accuracy being absolutely essential, a friendly and outgoing personality and flexibility with working hours to meet their operational needs Salary according to experience and qualifications in the region of £23,000 to £26,000 pa
