Overview
Sales & Service Consultant , Eurocentral North Lanarkshire Do you want to work for an award winning on line insurance provider who offers fantastic benefits? Do you have previous sales experience with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Offering a salary of £18,000 with OTE bonus 20% You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers calling for a quote for their car insurance, resolving any queries or requests they may have. This would include mid-term changes and renewals. Upselling and promoting optional extra products to customers ensuring their needs are met.
