Overview
Are you someone who loves working with Excel and loves creating a report? If so my client has created a new role within their newly created housing division which may be of interest to you This is an exciting new opportunity within a new division. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that health and safety risks are kept to a minimum for their clients and maintain excellent and transparent working relationships. The role will be Monday to Friday 8-4 and 9.30- 5.30pm- with an occasional Saturday when required. Due to the location of the company a car driver is essential. Duties Managing day to day activities on the growing property portfolio- you will be the main point of contact for all enquiries Investigate and respond to queries and complaints in relation to your portfolio- taking advice and direction form the Project manager To prepare data for meetings Preparation of risk reports Managing and chasing for quotes Managing databases and CRM Manage project files and maintenance user guides Upkeep of supplier databases Skills required Strong communication- able to build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and contractors String use of Excel The ability to problem solve- someone who can keep calm under pressure Experience of web based management systems useful Any building, construction or similar experience useful too We are an independent recruitment agency who are celebrating our 40th year of supporting local candidates find local opportunities.
