Your new company Public Sector Organisation based in Wood Green, North London is looking to hire an Interim HR Advisor to join their Human Resources Advisory team on a temporary basis. The assignment is 3 months with a possibility of extension. Your new role You will provide a professional, high quality and customer focused employee relations advisory service for the Organisation, fully reflecting the equal opportunity policies. Proactively influence and support services to improve employee relations. Support the development of managers in people management through coaching and HR training as appropriate.Contribute to HR policies and practice.
