Overview

We are recruiting reliable, caring and people focused Support Workers within the Edinburgh area to provide a high quality service to our service users in-house. You will be tasked with assisting them in maintaining as a high level of independence as possible. Part of your role as a Support Worker it may include the following: personal care washing, shaving, oral hygiene and dressing, catheter and continence care, prompt or administer medication, prepare and serve meals, light housework and companionship visits. In addition but not limited to, your role as a support worker will require you to: liaise with external multi-disciplinary agencies as and when required update the line manager with any additional information if an individual person-centred care plan needs changed as and when required work to the principles of the Health & Social Care Standards - Care at Home and working within the Policy and Guidelines of Time For You Care always represent the company in a positive manner.
