Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Recruitment £20,000 - £24,000 basic (OTE Year 1 £42,000) The company specialise in the highly lucrative and niche industries of Pharma, Biotech and Healthcare. You don’t need to have any experience in recruitment - all the company are looking for is an excellent work ethic, great communication skills, strong financial motivation and a desire to be successful You will be joining a company that spend a lot of time on the training and development of their employees You will be enrolled on to their market leading 6-month training programme which is designed to take you from trainee level to full consultant.
