Overview
About the role: Interserve Healthcare is a leading care provider of children's complex care across London. Our client is a young lady in her 20 with cerebral palsy and severe learning disabilities. She is unable to verbally communicate her immediate or long-term needs and requires other to anticipate her needs and provide support. Rate of Pay: £13.75 - £16.00 per hour Shift Type: Long Days & Nights including Weekends Following skills & experience required: 6 months previous care experience Experience of working with clients with complex care needs Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening Have a caring and compassionate attitude Can commit to regular hours Experience of working with clients with learning disabilities Experience of Tracheostomy & Ventilation Care Personal Care Previous experience of Peg Feeding and Care of the Stoma site Seizure Management Manual Handling - use of hoist About the Company: Interserve Healthcare delivers specialist healthcare services to clients in their own homes and in healthcare establishments throughout the UK.
