Overview
Premier Marinas are seeking to appoint a Berthing Master to work at Gosport Marina. The successful candidate will be joining a dedicated team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. Candidates must be able to demonstrate: Proven customer service or customer facing experience Must have a "cando" attitude The ability to work alone and as part of a team Be able to stay calm under pressure Be computer literate The following would be advantageous but not essential: Full UK driving licence Proven experience of boat handling Local knowledge of Portsmouth Harbour sailing area and cruising grounds You will be working 12 hour night shifts as per a duty rota and will include some weekends and Bank/Public holidays. The successful candidate may be required to work at other local Premier Marinas' sites.
